Legislative Process
1: Delegates from each country come together in the General Assembly. Each country presents their issue to the Assembly.
2: Delegates split up into six committees representing each of the issues. There will be Delegates in each committee from each of the countries. The Delegates from the country whose issue is being discussed will be the Committee charis.
3: Each committee will split into two subcommittees, representing the biological/scientific and the socioeconomic/political aspects of each issue. Each subcommittee will have Delegates from every country.
4: After subcommittee meeting, Delegates will return to committee to draft legislation.
5: After drafting of legislation, everyone will return to General Assembly to present legislation and for pro/con debate. Legislation will be voted on using secret ballots.
