Part #2 of the Environmental Health project is based on the results of the Environmental Health Survey that you recently completed. This activity will require you to submit information about some of the diseases/health concerns that impact your local community as well as other communities within The 21st Century Schoolhouse. Please read through the entire activity before attempting to complete it. Once you have reviewed and clearly understand the activity, have your students begin the process of completing the activity. Please try to complete this phase of the project no later than May 15, 2000. The final phase of the project will be posted on May 15.
